**** “Stephanie Laing could probably read the shipping forecast and make an amazing show, she’s got such warmth and confidence and presence. It’s a delight to watch any person who’s really good a thing do that thing really well, and enjoy it.” One4Review

That’s Entertainment comedy night”

Jenny Reid

“Jenny has a likeable stage presence that draws the audience in before her first joke and keeps them laughing to the end”
That’s Entertainment Comedy Night

Jenny not only has the stage presence of a seasoned performer, but the likability & fantastically humorous storytelling ability to keep audiences engaged & in raptures from start to finish. A must see on a lineup & a must book for any promoter that wants a comic that delivers to the

“Watching Jenny Reid perform is always a pleasure. Her relaxed delivery puts the room at ease and then she proceeds to kill it with relatable material about every day life and the struggles of being self aware in 2024. If you’re after a capable pair of hands who could do well in any room. Book Jenny!” – ShortforChangeBio:

I am a sarcastic unemotional comedian wd to keep them in their toes. I can mix in short and long jokes and always give the crowd laughter. The video is from a recent Daniel innis gig in Sheffield.

Ian Winter

Ian was down to perform at the last October gig but gave his set away to the talented Mike Scott and Dominic Marshall but returns to do this show.

Ian has taken plays and spoken word shows to the Edfringe with rave reviews and performed on professional comedy shows, recently doing Hull’s Social on Humber Street. He’s been described as edgy, dark, surreal, ironic, near the bone and beyond, brave, original and always shows a talent for some clever writing. His work is an electic blend of the satirical coloured with one liners. absurd characterisations and observations.
Ian is never ever afraid to throw words and eggs at Cathedrals, the established elite, our piss pot politicians, Kings, celebrities and the echo chamber virtue signalling warriors we perpetuate in our silent voice. Jesters are there to shine a light on society with questions humour thought and life’s dramas.

Paul Rainey MC [Funny Paul]

Paul is one of Hull’s old school, popular and likable funny characters, and a feature of A Car Load of Comics. His presence, demeaner and one line gags are a delight and some are aimed tactfully at the Dad joke groan! Like the ethos of the club Paul doesn’t take it too serious and is there for laughs. Friendship and the blast whilst giving stage time to others and drawing awareness to a charity close to his heart, a car load of comics heart and many others
